Ingredients
- carrots 4 pcs.
- kohlrabi 1 pcs.
- bell pepper, yellow 2 pcs.
- cucumbers 1 pcs.
- chives, fresh 1 bunch
- crème fraîche 200 g
- cream cheese, plain 100 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Peel the carrots and kohlrabi, halve the bell pepper and remove the seeds and stem. Cut the carrots, kohlrabi, and cucumber into sticks, while slicing the bell pepper into strips. Wash the chives, dry them, and chop them into small pieces.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche with the cream cheese. Then add the chives, salt, and pepper, and adjust the seasoning.
- 3. Serve the vegetable sticks alongside the chive dip.
