  1. 1. Cut the cheese into small cubes and mix it in a bowl with yogurt and crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a pan over medium heat and toast the pumpkin seeds without oil for about 2–3 minutes.
  2. 2. Thoroughly wash and peel the cucumber, kohlrabi, and carrots. Also wash the celery. Cut all the vegetables into sticks. Sprinkle the cheese dip with the toasted pumpkin seeds and serve it alongside the vegetable sticks. Enjoy your meal!
