🍳 Vegetable Sticks with Three Dips

Ingredients
- parsley, fresh 20 g
- cream cheese, plain 200 g
- yogurt, plain 150 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, white ground pinch
- tomato paste 1 tsp
- paprika, sweet mild pinch
- curry powder pinch
- paprika, yellow 2 pcs
- cucumbers 1 pc
- carrots 4 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Wash parsley thoroughly, shake off excess water, remove leaves from stems and chop finely. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with yogurt, season with salt and pepper, and divide the mixture into three equal portions in small bowls.
- 2. Combine one dip with the chopped parsley and adjust seasoning. Mix the second dip with tomato paste and season with paprika powder. Blend the last dip thoroughly with curry and taste.
- 3. Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the stem and seeds, then slice into strips. Peel the cucumber if desired, cut it lengthwise into thirds, and then into sticks. Peel the carrots and cut them into eighths. Serve the vegetable sticks alongside the dips. Enjoy!
