Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 150 g
- Sour Cream 150 g
- Organic Lemon 1 pc.
- Cress bed 1 pc.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, white ground pinch
- Cucumber 1 pc.
- Pepper, red 1 pc.
- Pepper, yellow 1 pc.
- Radish 1 bunch
Instructions
- 1. Put mayonnaise and sour cream into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the two ingredients together well.
- 3. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 4. Grate about one teaspoon of fine lemon zest.
- 5. Cut the lemon in half.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the lemon halves.
- 7. Cut fresh watercress from the bed.
- 8. Set aside a small amount of watercress for decoration.
- 9. Set aside some lemon zest for decoration.
- 10. Stir the remaining lemon zest into the cream.
- 11. Stir the remaining watercress into the cream.
- 12. Season the dip cream with salt.
- 13. Season the dip cream with pepper.
- 14. Add the squeezed lemon juice to the cream.
- 15. Taste the dip cream thoroughly.
- 16. Sprinkle the finished dip with the reserved watercress.
- 17. Sprinkle the finished dip with the reserved lemon zest.
- 18. Wash the vegetables thoroughly.
- 19. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 20. Cut the bell pepper flesh into bite-sized strips.
- 21. Cut off the ends of the cucumber.
- 22. Split the cucumber lengthwise into three parts.
- 23. Cut the cucumber pieces into strips.
- 24. Clean the radishes.
- 25. Remove large and unattractive leaves from the radishes.
- 26. Decorate the radishes as you like with a small knife.
- 27. Serve the vegetable sticks with the lemon watercress dip.
