  4. 4. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen cloth if necessary.
  5. 5. Cut the grilling cheese into coarse cubes.
  6. 6. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
  7. 7. Finely chop the basil.
  8. 8. Thread the vegetables and cheese onto the skewers as you like.
  9. 9. Thread the zucchini slices onto the skewers in a snake-like pattern.
  10. 10. Brush the skewers with one tablespoon of olive oil.
  11. 11. Heat one teaspoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
