🍽️ Vegetable Skewers with Dip

Ingredients
- Kohlrabi 1 pcs
- Salatgurken 1 pcs
- Paprika, red 1 pcs
- Cherrytomaten 250 g
- Pinienkerne 2 tbsp
- Frischkäse, plain 200 g
- Kräuter der Provence, dried pinch
- Salz pinch
- Pfeffer, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Peel the kohlrabi and cut it into cubes. Quarter the cucumber lengthwise and slice it into pieces. Halve the bell pepper, remove the seeds and core, and dice it.
- 2. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan over high heat for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with Provençal herbs and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the toasted pine nuts on top.
- 4. Thread the vegetables onto skewers and serve them with the dip.
