Ingredients
- Carrots 2 pcs
- Kohlrabi 1 pc
- Zucchini 1 pc
- Spring onions 1 bunch
- Garlic cloves 2 pcs
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Salt pinch
- Olive oil 5 tbsp
- Party Shrimp 600 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Chili, ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the vegetables.
- 2. Peel the vegetables.
- 3. Use a vegetable peeler to cut the vegetables into thin strips.
- 4. Wash the spring onions.
- 5. Dry the spring onions.
- 6. Remove the root ends of the spring onions.
- 7. Slice the spring onions lengthwise into strips.
- 8. Peel the garlic.
- 9. Slice the garlic into thin rounds.
- 10. Wash the parsley.
- 11. Dry the parsley.
- 12. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 13. Bring about 4 liters of salted water to a boil in a large pot.
- 14. Cook the carrot and kohlrabi strips in the boiling water for about 1 minute.
- 15. Add the zucchini and spring onions.
- 16. Cook the vegetables for another 1 minute.
- 17. Drain all the vegetables in a colander.
- 18. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat.
- 19. Sauté the garlic until golden brown, about 1 minute.
- 20. Add the party shrimp.
- 21. Toss the shrimp in the pan for about 1 minute.
- 22. Season the shrimp with salt.
- 23. Season the shrimp with pepper.
- 24. Season the shrimp with chili.
- 25. Combine the vegetable noodles in the pan with the party shrimp and garlic.
- 26. Sprinkle the dish with the parsley.
- 27. Serve the meal.
