  7. 7. Peel the kohlrabi.
  8. 8. Grate the carrot and kohlrabi coarsely.
  9. 9. Wash the kohlrabi greens.
  10. 10. Cut the kohlrabi greens into small pieces.
  11. 11. Wash the parsley.
  12. 12. Shake the parsley dry.
  13. 13. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  14. 14. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  15. 15. Place the quark in a bowl.
  16. 16. Add the sour cream to the quark.
