  3. 3. Cut the peeled vegetables into sticks about one centimeter thick.
  4. 4. Place the vegetables into a large bowl.
  5. 5. Add thyme, paprika powder, and oil to the vegetables.
  6. 6. Season the mixture with salt.
  7. 7. Mix everything well so that the vegetables are evenly seasoned.
  8. 8. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  9. 9. Spread the vegetables evenly on the tray.
  10. 10. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  11. 11. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  12. 12. Add the sesame seeds to the hot pan.
  13. 13. Toast the sesame seeds without extra fat for two to three minutes.
