🍽️ Crispy Vegetable Sticks from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- Carrots 350 g
- Parsnips 300 g
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Mixed leaf salad 125 g
- White wine vinegar 2 tbsp
- Agave syrup 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots and parsnips thoroughly.
- 2. Peel the vegetables completely.
- 3. Cut the vegetables into sticks about 6 centimeters long.
- 4. Place the vegetable sticks in a bowl.
- 5. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- 6. Mix the oil well with the vegetable sticks.
- 7. Fill the air fryer basket with the vegetable sticks.
- 8. Make sure not to overfill the basket.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 170 degrees Celsius.
- 10. Cook the vegetable sticks for 15 minutes.
- 11. Turn the vegetable sticks after the first half of the cooking time.
- 12. Cook the vegetable sticks for another 15 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
- 13. Wash the salad thoroughly.
- 14. Spin the salad dry.
- 15. Sort through the salad and remove any wilted greens.
- 16. Tear large salad leaves into smaller pieces if necessary.
- 17. Add vinegar, agave syrup, salt, and pepper to a separate bowl.
- 18. Add the remaining oil.
- 19. Whisk the dressing ingredients well together.
- 20. Add the salad leaves to the dressing bowl shortly before serving.
- 21. Toss the salad with the dressing.
- 22. Season the finished vegetable fries with salt and pepper.
- 23. Serve the vegetable fries together with the salad.
