  1. 1. Wash the carrots and parsnips thoroughly.
  2. 2. Peel the vegetables completely.
  3. 3. Cut the vegetables into sticks about 6 centimeters long.
  4. 4. Place the vegetable sticks in a bowl.
  5. 5. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  6. 6. Mix the oil well with the vegetable sticks.
  7. 7. Fill the air fryer basket with the vegetable sticks.
  8. 8. Make sure not to overfill the basket.
  9. 9. Preheat the air fryer to 170 degrees Celsius.
  10. 10. Cook the vegetable sticks for 15 minutes.
  11. 11. Turn the vegetable sticks after the first half of the cooking time.
  12. 12. Cook the vegetable sticks for another 15 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
  13. 13. Wash the salad thoroughly.
  14. 14. Spin the salad dry.
  15. 15. Sort through the salad and remove any wilted greens.
  16. 16. Tear large salad leaves into smaller pieces if necessary.
  17. 17. Add vinegar, agave syrup, salt, and pepper to a separate bowl.
  18. 18. Add the remaining oil.
  19. 19. Whisk the dressing ingredients well together.
  20. 20. Add the salad leaves to the dressing bowl shortly before serving.
  21. 21. Toss the salad with the dressing.
  22. 22. Season the finished vegetable fries with salt and pepper.
  23. 23. Serve the vegetable fries together with the salad.
