Ingredients
- red onions 1 pc.
- olive oil 60 g
- leek 0.5 pc.
- broccoli 100 g
- green beans 100 g
- chicken breast fillets 400 g
- sour cream 200 g
- whipping cream 100 g
- eggs 4 pc.
- mustard 2 tbsp
- salt 1.5 tsp
- pepper, black ground 0.5 tsp
- oregano, dried 1 tsp
- Gouda, medium-aged block 100 g
- quark, low-fat 150 g
- wheat flour, Type 405 300 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel one onion and slice it into half rings.
- 2. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan or casserole dish.
- 3. Fry the onion rings for about two minutes.
- 4. Wash one leek and cut it into two-centimeter pieces.
- 5. Divide one head of broccoli into small florets.
- 6. Cut green beans into small pieces.
- 7. Add the leek, broccoli, and beans to the pan.
- 8. Fry the vegetables together for about two minutes.
- 9. Remove the vegetables from the pan and set them aside.
- 10. Cut a chicken breast into coarse cubes.
- 11. Fry the chicken cubes in the same pan.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat.
- 13. Mix 200 grams of quark, 40 grams of olive oil, one egg, one teaspoon of salt, 300 grams of flour, and one teaspoon of baking powder.
- 14. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
- 15. If the dough seems too dry, add one tablespoon of water.
- 16. If the dough seems too wet, add one tablespoon of flour.
- 17. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
- 18. Roll out the dough into a circle about 36 centimeters in diameter.
- 19. Grease a tart pan with a removable bottom.
- 20. Place the dough in the pan and press it firmly against the edges.
- 21. Trim off the excess dough at the edges.
- 22. Sprinkle a layer of cheese onto the dough base.
- 23. Distribute the chicken, vegetables, and sauce evenly on top.
- 24. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the tart.
- 25. Bake the tart for about 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
- 26. Remove the tart from the oven and serve it warm or cold.
