  4. 4. Wash one leek and cut it into two-centimeter pieces.
  5. 5. Divide one head of broccoli into small florets.
  6. 6. Cut green beans into small pieces.
  7. 7. Add the leek, broccoli, and beans to the pan.
  8. 8. Fry the vegetables together for about two minutes.
  9. 9. Remove the vegetables from the pan and set them aside.
  10. 10. Cut a chicken breast into coarse cubes.
  11. 11. Fry the chicken cubes in the same pan.
  12. 12. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat.
  13. 13. Mix 200 grams of quark, 40 grams of olive oil, one egg, one teaspoon of salt, 300 grams of flour, and one teaspoon of baking powder.
  14. 14. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  15. 15. If the dough seems too dry, add one tablespoon of water.
  16. 16. If the dough seems too wet, add one tablespoon of flour.
  17. 17. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
  18. 18. Roll out the dough into a circle about 36 centimeters in diameter.
  19. 19. Grease a tart pan with a removable bottom.
  20. 20. Place the dough in the pan and press it firmly against the edges.
  21. 21. Trim off the excess dough at the edges.
  22. 22. Sprinkle a layer of cheese onto the dough base.
  23. 23. Distribute the chicken, vegetables, and sauce evenly on top.
  24. 24. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the tart.
