Ingredients
- green bell pepper 2 pcs.
- cherry tomatoes 250 g
- spring onions 1 bunch
- pineapple 1 pcs.
- olive oil 6 tbsp
- sugar beet syrup 1 tsp
- herbs of Provence, dried pinch
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the bell peppers into quarters.
- 3. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper quarters.
- 4. Cut the bell peppers into large chunks.
- 5. Wash the tomatoes.
- 6. Clean the spring onions.
- 7. Dry the spring onions.
- 8. Cut off the roots of the spring onions.
- 9. Cut the spring onions into larger pieces.
- 10. Peel the pineapple.
- 11. Cut the pineapple into quarters.
- 12. Remove the hard core from the pineapple.
- 13. Cut the pineapple into large cubes.
- 14. Put 4 tablespoons of olive oil into a bowl.
- 15. Add beet sugar syrup to the bowl.
- 16. Add herbs of Provence to the bowl.
- 17. Salt the marinade.
- 18. Pepper the marinade.
- 19. Mix the marinade well.
- 20. Put the prepared ingredients into the marinade.
- 21. Marinate the ingredients thoroughly.
- 22. Thread the ingredients onto wooden skewers if desired.
- 23. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a pan.
- 24. Heat the oil in the pan over medium heat.
- 25. Fry the skewers all around for about 6 minutes.
- 26. Serve the skewers.
