Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes 100 g
- Mushrooms, white 100 g
- Alpine cheese 100 g
- Basil, fresh 10 g
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Milk 80 ml
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
- 3. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel and cut them into small cubes.
- 4. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
- 5. Wash the basil, shake it dry, and pluck off the leaves.
- 6. Chop the basil leaves roughly.
- 7. Whisk the eggs and milk thoroughly in a bowl with a fork or whisk.
- 8. Fold the chopped basil leaves into the egg and milk mixture.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 10. Distribute the prepared vegetables and cheese evenly among six jars with a capacity of about 160 milliliters each.
- 11. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the vegetables in the jars.
- 12. Place the jars on the middle rack in the preheated oven.
- 13. Bake the frittatas for about 25 to 30 minutes.
- 14. Take the jars out of the oven.
- 15. Serve the dishes immediately or pack them for on-the-go.
