🍲 Vegetable Stew with Wiener Sausages

Ingredients
- Carrots 4 pcs
- Cabbage 1 pcs
- Parsnips 2 pcs
- Spring onions 1 bunch
- Vegetable broth 1 L
- Vienna sausages 8 pcs
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Peel carrots, kohlrabi, and parsnips, then cut them into large cubes. Wash spring onions thoroughly, pat dry, trim the roots, and slice the white and green parts into rings separately.
- 2. In a pot, bring the broth to a boil with the white spring onions. Add the vegetables and let them simmer covered for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
- 3. Add the green spring onions and the Wiener sausages, reduce the heat, and warm for about 5 minutes. Season the vegetable stew with Wiener sausages and serve on plates.
