🍽️ Creamy Carrot Top Dip

Ingredients
- carrots with greens 1 bunch
- garlic cloves 1 clove
- almonds, sliced 2 tbsp
- Parmesan, grated 60 g
- olive oil 100 ml
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut off the green tops of the carrots.
- 2. Wash the carrot tops thoroughly.
- 3. Dry the greens in a salad spinner or with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Use the carrot roots for another dish.
- 5. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 6. Chop the garlic coarsely.
- 7. Place the carrot tops and garlic into a food processor or blender.
- 8. Blend the ingredients for about three minutes until a creamy mass forms.
- 9. Season the dip to taste with pepper.
- 10. Serve the dip fresh.
