  2. 2. Beat the butter-sugar mixture with a mixer until creamy and airy.
  3. 3. Stir in 200 grams of cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of raspberry jam into the butter mixture.
  4. 4. Fill the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a round nozzle.
  5. 5. Pipe dense, wavy snake lines of the mixture onto the muffins.
  6. 6. Place the muffins in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to let the decoration set.
  7. 7. Warm 1 tablespoon of raspberry jam in a small saucepan over low heat.
  8. 8. Let the warmed jam cool down briefly until it is lukewarm.
  9. 9. Brush the muffins carefully with a thin layer of the raspberry jam using a brush.
  10. 10. Serve the finished brain muffins and enjoy them.
