Ingredients
- butter 100 g
- powdered sugar 100 g
- cream cheese, plain 200 g
- raspberry jam 3 tbsp
- chocolate muffin 4 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Put 100 grams of butter and 100 grams of powdered sugar into a bowl.
- 2. Beat the butter-sugar mixture with a mixer until creamy and airy.
- 3. Stir in 200 grams of cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of raspberry jam into the butter mixture.
- 4. Fill the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a round nozzle.
- 5. Pipe dense, wavy snake lines of the mixture onto the muffins.
- 6. Place the muffins in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to let the decoration set.
- 7. Warm 1 tablespoon of raspberry jam in a small saucepan over low heat.
- 8. Let the warmed jam cool down briefly until it is lukewarm.
- 9. Brush the muffins carefully with a thin layer of the raspberry jam using a brush.
- 10. Serve the finished brain muffins and enjoy them.
