  1. 1. Put 400 grams of flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Add 200 grams of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 5 tablespoons of water, and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer using dough hooks until a smooth, elastic dough forms.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into eight equal pieces.
  6. 6. Knead each piece briefly, then roll it out on a work surface to a thickness of about 0.5 centimeters.
  7. 7. Cover the rolled-out breads with a kitchen towel until you are ready to grill them.
  8. 8. Preheat your grill.
  9. 9. Place the flatbreads on the grill.
  10. 10. Grill the breads for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  11. 11. Remove the breads from the grill and serve them immediately.
