Ingredients
- Weat flour, Type 405 400 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Yogurt, plain 200 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Water 5 tbsp
- Salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Put 400 grams of flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder into a large bowl.
- 2. Add 200 grams of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 5 tablespoons of water, and a pinch of salt.
- 3. Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer using dough hooks until a smooth, elastic dough forms.
- 4. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
- 5. Divide the dough into eight equal pieces.
- 6. Knead each piece briefly, then roll it out on a work surface to a thickness of about 0.5 centimeters.
- 7. Cover the rolled-out breads with a kitchen towel until you are ready to grill them.
- 8. Preheat your grill.
- 9. Place the flatbreads on the grill.
- 10. Grill the breads for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 11. Remove the breads from the grill and serve them immediately.
