Ingredients
- green asparagus 2 bunch
- olives, black 50 g
- goat cream cheese 100 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Clean the asparagus thoroughly, peel the lower third, and remove the woody ends. Drain the olives and slice them into rings. Crumble the goat cheese with your hands.
- 2. Grill the asparagus on the hot grill for about 5 minutes. Then place it on a plate and season with olive oil and salt. Arrange the olives and goat cheese on top and enjoy the grilled asparagus. Bon appétit!
