🍰 Grilled Peach with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
- Peaches 2 pcs
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- Mint, fresh 10 g
- Hazelnut kernels, whole 100 g
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Vanilla ice cream 8 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the peaches thoroughly, halve them, remove the pit, and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Let them sit for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, wash the mint, shake it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop finely. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts.
- 2. In a pot, caramelize the butter together with the sugar for about 2 minutes, then add the nuts, remove the pot from the heat, and mix everything well. Spread the mixture onto baking paper.
- 3. Preheat the grill. Place the peaches cut-side down on the hot grill grate and grill for about 5 minutes. Remove from the grill and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, fresh mint, and roasted hazelnuts. Enjoy!
