Ingredients
- onions, red 2 pcs.
- corn salad 100 g
- sweet mustard 4 tbsp
- mustard 3 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- vegetable maultaschen 500 g
- pretzel rolls 4 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Halve the onions and peel them.
- 2. Cut the onion halves into wedges.
- 3. Wash the salad thoroughly.
- 4. Drain the salad in a colander.
- 5. Take a small bowl.
- 6. Mix sweet mustard and regular mustard in it.
- 7. Season the mustard mixture with salt.
- 8. Season the mustard mixture with pepper.
- 9. Preheat your grill.
- 10. Place the Maultaschen on the grill.
- 11. Grill the Maultaschen golden brown on both sides.
- 12. Grill the Maultaschen for about 5 to 6 minutes each side.
- 13. Place the onion wedges on the grill.
- 14. Grill the onions for about 5 minutes.
- 15. Cut the pretzel buns open.
- 16. Spread the mustard mixture on the bun halves.
- 17. Distribute the salad on the buns.
- 18. Place 1 to 2 grilled Maultaschen on the salad.
- 19. Place grilled onions on the Maultaschen.
- 20. Place the bun tops on the burgers.
