🍽️ Grilled Corn on the Cob with Vegan Aioli

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- organic limes 1 pcs.
- soy drink 100 ml
- mustard 1 tsp
- rapeseed oil 210 ml
- salt pinch
- cayenne pepper pinch
- coriander, fresh 10 g
- corn on the cob, cooked 500 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic and chop it roughly.
- 2. Cut the lime in half.
- 3. Squeeze the juice from one half of the lime.
- 4. Cut the other half of the lime into small pieces.
- 5. Put soy milk, one tablespoon of lime juice, mustard, and the chopped garlic into a tall container.
- 6. Puree the ingredients for the vegan aioli.
- 7. While mixing, slowly pour in 200 milliliters of oil in a thin stream.
- 8. Continue mixing until the aioli is creamy.
- 9. Season the aioli with salt, cayenne pepper, and a little lime juice.
- 10. Wash the coriander thoroughly.
- 11. Dry the coriander.
- 12. Pluck the coriander leaves from the stems.
- 13. Roughly chop the coriander leaves.
- 14. Let the corn cobs drain.
- 15. Brush the corn cobs with one tablespoon of oil.
- 16. Preheat the grill.
- 17. Place the corn cobs on the hot grill.
- 18. Roast the corn cobs for about 5 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
- 19. Sprinkle the corn cobs all around with salt.
- 20. Arrange the corn cobs on plates.
- 21. Decorate the corn cobs with the vegan aioli.
- 22. Sprinkle some cayenne pepper over them.
- 23. Top the corn cobs with the chopped coriander.
- 24. Serve the corn cobs with the lime wedges.
