Ingredients
- Parsley, fresh 5 g
- Cilantro, fresh 5 g
- Garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- Lemons 1 pcs.
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Salmon fillet, frozen 600 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the parsley and coriander under running water.
- 2. Shake the herbs dry and pick the leaves off the stems.
- 3. Peel the garlic clove.
- 4. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 5. Grate about one teaspoon of fine lemon zest.
- 6. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
- 7. Put the parsley, coriander, and garlic into the mixing container.
- 8. Chop the ingredients for 6 seconds on speed 8.
- 9. Add the olive oil, lemon zest, 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 10. Mix the marinade for 30 seconds on speed 3.
- 11. Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water.
- 12. Pat the salmon dry with a kitchen towel.
- 13. Place the fillet in a bowl or a freezer bag.
- 14. Mix the salmon thoroughly with the marinade.
- 15. Let the fish marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- 16. It is best to let it marinate overnight.
- 17. Preheat your grill.
- 18. Take the salmon fillet out of the marinade.
- 19. Let the excess marinade drip off for a moment.
- 20. Place the salmon on the hot grill.
- 21. Cook the fish all around for about 5 to 6 minutes.
- 22. Take the grilled salmon off the grill.
- 23. Serve the salmon immediately.
