🍰 Grilled Banana Split with Chocolate Ice Cream and Peanuts

Ingredients
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Bananas 4 pcs
- Peanuts, roasted and salted 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Chocolate ice cream 8 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix the sugar and salt. Trim the ends of the bananas and halve them lengthwise, keeping the peels on. Sprinkle the cut sides with the sugar-salt mixture and let it sit for about 1 minute. Roughly chop the peanuts.
- 2. Preheat the grill. Lightly oil the grill grate and grill the bananas on the cut sides for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
- 3. Place 2 banana halves on each plate and serve the grilled banana split with chocolate ice cream and peanuts. Enjoy your meal! Tip: Instead of roasted and salted peanuts, you can also use unsalted peanuts.
