  1. 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and cut off the hard ends.
  2. 2. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into very thin slices or use a peeler.
  3. 3. Lightly salt the zucchini slices and set them aside.
  4. 4. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
  5. 5. Wash the rosemary and shake it dry.
  6. 6. Pull the rosemary needles off the woody stems.
  7. 7. Cut the feta into cubes of approx. 4 cm.
  8. 8. Place two zucchini slices crosswise on top of each other.
  9. 9. Place two more slices crosswise on top of that.
  10. 10. Place a feta cube in the center of the zucchini net.
  11. 11. Distribute some onion rings and rosemary over the feta.
  12. 12. Fold the zucchini flaps over the feta so that it is wrapped.
  13. 13. Secure the parcel with a toothpick or kitchen twine.
  14. 14. Preheat your grill to the desired temperature.
  15. 15. Place the zucchini parcels on the grill grate.
  16. 16. Grill the parcels for approx. 5 minutes on each side.
  17. 17. Season the finished parcels with salt and pepper to taste.
  18. 18. Drizzle some honey over the parcels and serve them warm.
