🍽️ Grilled Zucchini and Feta Parcels

Ingredients
- Zucchini 1 pc.
- Salt pinch
- Onions, red 1 pc.
- Rosemary, fresh 5 g
- Feta 400 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Honey 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and cut off the hard ends.
- 2. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into very thin slices or use a peeler.
- 3. Lightly salt the zucchini slices and set them aside.
- 4. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
- 5. Wash the rosemary and shake it dry.
- 6. Pull the rosemary needles off the woody stems.
- 7. Cut the feta into cubes of approx. 4 cm.
- 8. Place two zucchini slices crosswise on top of each other.
- 9. Place two more slices crosswise on top of that.
- 10. Place a feta cube in the center of the zucchini net.
- 11. Distribute some onion rings and rosemary over the feta.
- 12. Fold the zucchini flaps over the feta so that it is wrapped.
- 13. Secure the parcel with a toothpick or kitchen twine.
- 14. Preheat your grill to the desired temperature.
- 15. Place the zucchini parcels on the grill grate.
- 16. Grill the parcels for approx. 5 minutes on each side.
- 17. Season the finished parcels with salt and pepper to taste.
- 18. Drizzle some honey over the parcels and serve them warm.
