  2. 2. Clean the mushrooms gently with a kitchen towel and remove the stems.
  3. 3. Peel the ginger and the garlic.
  4. 4. Finely chop the ginger and the garlic.
  5. 5. Wash the Pak Choi.
  6. 6. Cut the Pak Choi in half or quarters depending on the size.
  7. 7. Wash the parsley.
  8. 8. Shake the parsley dry.
  9. 9. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
  10. 10. Chop the parsley leaves.
  11. 11. Put 8 tablespoons of soy sauce into a bowl.
  12. 12. Add beet syrup into the bowl.
  13. 13. Add the chopped garlic into the bowl.
  14. 14. Add the chopped ginger into the bowl.
  15. 15. Stir the ingredients together to form a teriyaki sauce.
  16. 16. Peel the bananas.
  17. 17. Slice the bananas.
  18. 18. Halve the lime.
  19. 19. Squeeze the juice of the lime.
  20. 20. Put the banana slices into a measuring cup.
  21. 21. Add the peanuts into the measuring cup.
  22. 22. Add water into the measuring cup.
  23. 23. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce into the measuring cup.
  24. 24. Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice into the measuring cup.
  25. 25. Blend the mixture in the measuring cup finely with a hand blender.
  26. 26. Place the mushrooms on an aluminum grilling tray.
  27. 27. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
  28. 28. Grill the skewers for approx. 5 to 8 minutes all around.
  29. 29. Brush the skewers with oil several times during grilling.
  30. 30. Add the Pak Choi to the grill.
  31. 31. Grill the Pak Choi for another approx. 4 minutes.
  32. 32. Deglaze the skewers with the teriyaki sauce.
  33. 33. Let the sauce reduce for approx. 2 minutes.
  34. 34. Brush the skewers with the marinade again if necessary.
  35. 35. Arrange the grill skewers on plates.
  36. 36. Arrange the Pak Choi on the plates.
  37. 37. Add the peanut sauce.
  38. 38. Sprinkle the dish with the chopped parsley.
  39. 39. Serve the dish.
  40. 40. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan on medium to high heat.
  41. 41. Cook the skewers in the pan for approx. 9 to 10 minutes.
