🍽️ Grilled Beef Steaks with Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
- Beef rump steaks 600 g
- Garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- Onions, red 1 pc.
- Parsley, fresh 40 g
- Lemons 1 pc.
- chili pepper mix 1 pc.
- Thyme, ground 0.5 tsp
- Oregano, dried 0.5 tsp
- Olive oil 100 ml
- Balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Take the beef steak out of the fridge to let it reach room temperature.
- 2. Peel the garlic cloves and the onion.
- 3. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 4. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 5. Wash the chili pepper, cut it in half, and remove the seeds.
- 6. Put the onion, garlic, chili pepper, and parsley into the mixing container.
- 7. Chop the ingredients for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 8. Push the mixture down with a spatula.
- 9. Add thyme, oregano, 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, olive oil, and vinegar.
- 10. Mix everything for 20 seconds on speed 4.
- 11. Pour the sauce into a bowl and set it aside.
- 12. Preheat the grill.
- 13. Season the beef steak generously with salt.
- 14. Grill the steak all around for about 4 to 5 minutes until it is medium-rare.
- 15. Wrap the steak in aluminum foil and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- 16. Slice the steak as desired.
- 17. Season the meat again to taste.
- 18. Serve the steak with the chimichurri sauce.
