🍽️ Juicy Grilled Beef Rump with Honey-Soy Spice

Ingredients
- beef hip 1 kg
- soy sauce 4 tbsp
- honey 1 tbsp
- water 100 ml
- dry rub, smoky spice 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Take the beef rump out of the fridge about an hour before grilling to let it reach room temperature.
- 2. Mix soy sauce, honey, water, and the dry rub spice mix (a dry spice blend) in a bowl to create a marinade.
- 3. Place the meat in the marinade and let it marinate covered for about one hour.
- 4. Remove the meat from the marinade and pat it dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Set aside the remaining marinade separately to use for basting later.
- 6. Place the beef rump on the hot grill.
- 7. Grill the meat for about one and a half hours, turning it regularly.
- 8. Add more charcoal if necessary if the coals die down.
- 9. Brush the meat repeatedly with the saved marinade while grilling.
- 10. Remove the meat from the grill after 1.5 hours.
- 11. Wrap the meat in aluminum foil and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
- 12. Slice the beef rump and serve it.
