🍽️ Grilled Neck Steaks in Beer Marinade

Ingredients
- yellow onions 2 pcs
- garlic cloves 1 pcs
- pork neck steaks 600 g
- mustard 2 tbsp
- thyme, ground 1 tsp
- brown sugar 1 tbsp
- beer 250 ml
- salt 1 tsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and the garlic clove.
- 2. Rinse the neck steaks under running water.
- 3. Pat the steaks dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Place the peeled onion and garlic into the mixing container.
- 5. Chop the onion and garlic for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 6. Add mustard, thyme, cane sugar, beer, 1 teaspoon of salt, and some pepper to the container.
- 7. Mix the marinade ingredients for 20 seconds on speed 3.
- 8. Pour the finished marinade over the neck steaks.
- 9. Let the steaks marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- 10. For a more intense flavor, marinate the steaks overnight.
- 11. Preheat the grill.
- 12. Take the neck steaks out of the marinade.
- 13. Let the excess marinade drip off the steaks.
- 14. Sear the steaks for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- 15. Serve the grilled neck steaks immediately.
