🍽️ Grilled Corn on the Cob with Herb Butter

Ingredients
- Parsley, fresh 10 g
- Butter 6 tbsp
- Sweet paprika 0.5 tsp
- Chili, ground 0.25 tsp
- Salt Pinch
- Corn on the cob, cooked 4 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the parsley dry.
- 3. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 4. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 5. Take soft butter and put it in a bowl.
- 6. Add paprika powder to the butter.
- 7. Add chili powder to the butter.
- 8. Add salt to the butter.
- 9. Mix the butter with the spices well.
- 10. Pat the corn cobs dry with kitchen paper.
- 11. Coat the corn cobs all around with the spiced butter.
- 12. Preheat the grill.
- 13. Place the corn cobs on the hot grill.
- 14. Grill the corn cobs for about 5 minutes.
- 15. Turn the corn cobs constantly while grilling.
- 16. Take the corn cobs off the grill.
- 17. Place the corn cobs on a plate.
- 18. Coat the corn cobs with the remaining spiced butter.
- 19. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the corn cobs.
- 20. Serve the corn cobs.
