🍽️ Grilled Salmon Foil Packets

Ingredients
- salmon fillet, frozen 600 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- cherry tomatoes 250 g
- spring onions 1 bunch
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- sea salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- party shrimp 200 g
- herb baguette to bake 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Ideally, thaw the salmon overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Rinse the fish under cold water and pat it completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the salmon into four equal pieces.
- 4. Wash the lemon thoroughly and slice it into thin rounds.
- 5. Wash the tomatoes and cut each one in half.
- 6. Clean the spring onions, shake off excess water, and trim off the root ends.
- 7. Cut the spring onions into rough chunks.
- 8. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 9. Tear off four pieces of aluminum foil and lightly brush them with olive oil.
- 10. Evenly distribute the chopped garlic over the foil pieces.
- 11. Place the lemon slices on top of the garlic.
- 12. Place one piece of salmon on the lemon slices.
- 13. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- 14. Evenly distribute the shrimp, spring onions, and tomatoes on the salmon.
- 15. Fold the aluminum foil into sealed packets.
- 16. Place the packets on the hot grill for about 10 to 12 minutes.
- 17. Toast the herb baguette on the grill until golden brown.
- 18. Serve the grilled salmon packets together with the baguette.
