🍽️ Grilled Salmon and Pineapple Skewers

Ingredients
- salmon fillet, frozen 600 g
- sweet potatoes 2 pcs
- salt pinch
- spring onions 1 bunch
- pineapple 0.5 pcs
- lemons 1 pcs
- pepper, black ground pinch
- olive oil 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Place the wooden skewers in a bowl of water and let them soak.
- 2. Ideally, thaw the salmon overnight in the refrigerator.
- 3. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into cubes of about 3 centimeters.
- 4. Bring about 1 liter of salted water to a boil in a pot.
- 5. Cook the sweet potato cubes in the boiling water for about 5 minutes.
- 6. Drain the sweet potatoes and let them dry well.
- 7. Thoroughly wash the spring onions and dry them.
- 8. Cut off the root ends of the spring onions.
- 9. Cut the spring onions into large pieces.
- 10. Peel the pineapple and quarter it.
- 11. Remove the hard core from the pineapple quarters.
- 12. Cut the pineapple flesh into cubes.
- 13. Cut a lemon in half.
- 14. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 15. Rinse the salmon briefly.
- 16. Pat the salmon dry with a kitchen towel.
- 17. Cut the salmon into cubes.
- 18. Thread all the ingredients alternately onto the soaked skewers.
- 19. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
- 20. Brush the skewers with lemon juice and olive oil.
- 21. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes on a hot grill.
