  1. 1. Place the wooden skewers in a bowl of water and let them soak.
  2. 2. Ideally, thaw the salmon overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. 3. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into cubes of about 3 centimeters.
  4. 4. Bring about 1 liter of salted water to a boil in a pot.
  5. 5. Cook the sweet potato cubes in the boiling water for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Drain the sweet potatoes and let them dry well.
  7. 7. Thoroughly wash the spring onions and dry them.
  8. 8. Cut off the root ends of the spring onions.
  9. 9. Cut the spring onions into large pieces.
  10. 10. Peel the pineapple and quarter it.
  11. 11. Remove the hard core from the pineapple quarters.
  12. 12. Cut the pineapple flesh into cubes.
  13. 13. Cut a lemon in half.
  14. 14. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  15. 15. Rinse the salmon briefly.
  16. 16. Pat the salmon dry with a kitchen towel.
  17. 17. Cut the salmon into cubes.
  18. 18. Thread all the ingredients alternately onto the soaked skewers.
