  1. 1. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  2. 2. Mix the garlic in a bowl with 5 tablespoons of oil, chili, and paprika powder.
  3. 3. Wash the chicken wings and dry them with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Toss the wings in the marinade until they are well coated.
  5. 5. Let the wings marinate in the refrigerator overnight if possible.
  6. 6. Wash the peppers and remove the stem and seeds.
  7. 7. Cut the peppers into small pieces.
  8. 8. Halve the onion and peel it.
  9. 9. Dice the onion finely.
  10. 10. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  11. 11. Sauté the peppers and onion for about 2 minutes.
  12. 12. Deglaze the pan with barbecue sauce.
  13. 13. Season the salsa with salt, pepper, and vinegar.
  14. 14. Let the chicken wings drain and collect the marinade.
  15. 15. Cook the wings on the grill for approx. 12 minutes.
  16. 16. Brush the wings regularly with the marinade while grilling.
  17. 17. Serve the grilled chicken wings together with the pepper salsa.
