🍽️ Grilled Chicken Wings with Pepper Salsa

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 2 pcs
- olive oil 6 tbsp
- chili, ground 0.25 tsp
- paprika, sweet 2 tsp
- chicken wings 600 g
- paprika, red 1 pcs
- onions, red 1 pcs
- barbecue sauce 100 ml
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- vinegar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 2. Mix the garlic in a bowl with 5 tablespoons of oil, chili, and paprika powder.
- 3. Wash the chicken wings and dry them with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Toss the wings in the marinade until they are well coated.
- 5. Let the wings marinate in the refrigerator overnight if possible.
- 6. Wash the peppers and remove the stem and seeds.
- 7. Cut the peppers into small pieces.
- 8. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 9. Dice the onion finely.
- 10. Heat oil in a frying pan.
- 11. Sauté the peppers and onion for about 2 minutes.
- 12. Deglaze the pan with barbecue sauce.
- 13. Season the salsa with salt, pepper, and vinegar.
- 14. Let the chicken wings drain and collect the marinade.
- 15. Cook the wings on the grill for approx. 12 minutes.
- 16. Brush the wings regularly with the marinade while grilling.
- 17. Serve the grilled chicken wings together with the pepper salsa.
