Ingredients
- Rosemary, fresh 5 g
- Thyme, fresh 5 g
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Olive oil 50 ml
- Oregano, dried 0.5 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper, black ground 0.5 tsp
- Chicken breast fillets 600 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rosemary and thyme under running water.
- 2. Shake off the excess water.
- 3. Strip the leaves from the rosemary and thyme stems.
- 4. Peel the garlic.
- 5. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 6. Finely grate about one teaspoon of lemon zest.
- 7. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 8. Place the rosemary, thyme, and garlic into the mixing container.
- 9. Chop the ingredients for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 10. Add olive oil, lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- 11. Mix the marinade for 30 seconds on speed 3.
- 12. Wash the chicken breasts.
- 13. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a kitchen towel.
- 14. Place the chicken breasts in a bowl or a freezer bag.
- 15. Mix the chicken breasts thoroughly with the marinade.
- 16. Marinate the chicken breasts in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- 17. For best results, marinate them overnight.
- 18. Preheat the grill.
- 19. Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade.
- 20. Let the excess marinade drip off briefly.
- 21. Place the chicken breasts on the hot grill.
- 22. Grill the chicken breasts on all sides for about 5 to 6 minutes.
- 23. Remove the grilled chicken breasts from the grill.
- 24. Serve the dish immediately.
