Ingredients
- Mini cucumbers 8 pcs.
- Oil 1 tbsp.
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp.
- Brown sugar 1 tsp.
- Chili, ground 1 tsp.
- Shrimp skewers with lemongrass 500 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the snack cucumbers thoroughly and cut off the hard ends.
- 2. Place the cucumbers in a small pot and press them down slightly until they split open.
- 3. Cut the split cucumbers into coarse pieces.
- 4. Put the cucumber pieces into a bowl.
- 5. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, cane sugar, and chili.
- 6. Mix everything well to prepare the Asian cucumber salad.
- 7. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the salad to taste if necessary.
- 8. Preheat your grill.
- 9. Place the shrimp skewers on the hot grill.
- 10. Grill the skewers for about 4 minutes until they are golden brown.
- 11. Serve the grilled shrimp skewers together with the Asian cucumber salad.
