  1. 1. Thaw the shrimp overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. 2. Wash the shrimp thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them coarsely.
  4. 4. Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, and pick the leaves off the stems.
  5. 5. Chop the parsley leaves coarsely.
  6. 6. Wash the lime and cut it into quarters.
  7. 7. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  8. 8. Drain the olives in a sieve.
  9. 9. Chop the olives coarsely.
  10. 10. Place the halved tomatoes, chopped olives, and chopped parsley into a bowl.
  11. 11. Add some olive oil and mix everything well.
  12. 12. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Preheat the grill.
  14. 14. Place the shrimp on the grill.
  15. 15. Grill the shrimp for about 3 minutes on each side.
  16. 16. Remove the shrimp from the grill and place them on a serving plate.
  17. 17. Squeeze juice from the lime quarters and drizzle it over the shrimp.
  18. 18. Spread the tomato salsa over the shrimp.
  19. 19. Serve the dish immediately.
