🍽️ Grilled Shrimp with Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
- ASC King Prawns 500 g
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Organic Limes 1 pc.
- Cherry tomatoes Mix 300 g
- Olives, green 100 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Thaw the shrimp overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Wash the shrimp thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them coarsely.
- 4. Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, and pick the leaves off the stems.
- 5. Chop the parsley leaves coarsely.
- 6. Wash the lime and cut it into quarters.
- 7. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
- 8. Drain the olives in a sieve.
- 9. Chop the olives coarsely.
- 10. Place the halved tomatoes, chopped olives, and chopped parsley into a bowl.
- 11. Add some olive oil and mix everything well.
- 12. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper.
- 13. Preheat the grill.
- 14. Place the shrimp on the grill.
- 15. Grill the shrimp for about 3 minutes on each side.
- 16. Remove the shrimp from the grill and place them on a serving plate.
- 17. Squeeze juice from the lime quarters and drizzle it over the shrimp.
- 18. Spread the tomato salsa over the shrimp.
- 19. Serve the dish immediately.
