  2. 2. Wash the chili peppers, halve them, remove the stem and seeds, and chop them finely.
  3. 3. Mix soft butter with the garlic and chili in a bowl.
  4. 4. Season the chili butter with salt, pepper, and chili to taste.
  5. 5. Wash the lemon.
  6. 6. Use a vegetable peeler to remove thin strips of lemon zest.
  7. 7. Slice the lemon into rounds.
  8. 8. Wash the asparagus.
  9. 9. Peel the bottom third of the asparagus.
  10. 10. Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus.
  11. 11. Wash the coriander (cilantro).
  12. 12. Shake the coriander dry.
  13. 13. Remove the thick stems from the coriander.
  14. 14. Place the asparagus in a bowl.
  15. 15. Add the lemon zest to the asparagus.
  16. 16. Add two tablespoons of olive oil.
  17. 17. Season the asparagus with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Mix everything well.
  19. 19. Wash the sea bream thoroughly.
  20. 20. Pat the fish dry.
  21. 21. Make three shallow cuts into the skin of the sea bream.
  22. 22. Season the fish inside and out with salt and pepper.
  23. 23. Stuff the fish with the lemon slices.
  24. 24. Place each fish on a piece of aluminum foil.
  25. 25. Drizzle each fish with one tablespoon of olive oil.
  26. 26. Wrap the fish in the aluminum foil.
  27. 27. Preheat the grill.
  28. 28. Place the wrapped sea bream on the hot grill.
  29. 29. Grill the fish for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  30. 30. Turn the fish once or twice.
  31. 31. Add the green asparagus to the grill after about 10 minutes.
  32. 32. Grill the asparagus for about 5 to 8 minutes.
  33. 33. Unwrap the grilled sea bream.
  34. 34. Serve the fish with the green asparagus.
  35. 35. Add the chili butter.
  36. 36. Garnish with the coriander.
