🍽️ Grilled Sea Bream with Green Asparagus and Chili Butter

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- chili pepper mix 2 pc.
- butter 100 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- chili, ground 1 tsp
- organic lemon 1 pc.
- green asparagus 2 bunch
- cilantro, fresh 5 g
- olive oil 3 tbsp
- sea bream, whole 4 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 2. Wash the chili peppers, halve them, remove the stem and seeds, and chop them finely.
- 3. Mix soft butter with the garlic and chili in a bowl.
- 4. Season the chili butter with salt, pepper, and chili to taste.
- 5. Wash the lemon.
- 6. Use a vegetable peeler to remove thin strips of lemon zest.
- 7. Slice the lemon into rounds.
- 8. Wash the asparagus.
- 9. Peel the bottom third of the asparagus.
- 10. Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus.
- 11. Wash the coriander (cilantro).
- 12. Shake the coriander dry.
- 13. Remove the thick stems from the coriander.
- 14. Place the asparagus in a bowl.
- 15. Add the lemon zest to the asparagus.
- 16. Add two tablespoons of olive oil.
- 17. Season the asparagus with salt and pepper.
- 18. Mix everything well.
- 19. Wash the sea bream thoroughly.
- 20. Pat the fish dry.
- 21. Make three shallow cuts into the skin of the sea bream.
- 22. Season the fish inside and out with salt and pepper.
- 23. Stuff the fish with the lemon slices.
- 24. Place each fish on a piece of aluminum foil.
- 25. Drizzle each fish with one tablespoon of olive oil.
- 26. Wrap the fish in the aluminum foil.
- 27. Preheat the grill.
- 28. Place the wrapped sea bream on the hot grill.
- 29. Grill the fish for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- 30. Turn the fish once or twice.
- 31. Add the green asparagus to the grill after about 10 minutes.
- 32. Grill the asparagus for about 5 to 8 minutes.
- 33. Unwrap the grilled sea bream.
- 34. Serve the fish with the green asparagus.
- 35. Add the chili butter.
- 36. Garnish with the coriander.
