  1. 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly, halve it lengthwise, and cut into approx. 1 cm cubes. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice. Wash the mint, pat dry, pluck off the leaves, and chop finely. Wash the cilantro, dry it, and chop finely.
  2. 2. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, sprinkle the insides with salt, and brush with a little oil. In a bowl, mix the diced cucumber with the herbs and season with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill. Place the avocado cut-side down on the hot grill and grill for approx. 3 minutes. After grilling, remove the avocado from the grill, fill the center with the cucumber salsa, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
