🍽️ Grilled Avocado with Cucumber Salsa

Ingredients
- Cucumbers 0.5 pc.
- Organic Limes 1 pc.
- Mint, fresh 10 g
- Cilantro, fresh 10 g
- Avocado 4 pc.
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly, halve it lengthwise, and cut into approx. 1 cm cubes. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice. Wash the mint, pat dry, pluck off the leaves, and chop finely. Wash the cilantro, dry it, and chop finely.
- 2. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, sprinkle the insides with salt, and brush with a little oil. In a bowl, mix the diced cucumber with the herbs and season with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Preheat the grill. Place the avocado cut-side down on the hot grill and grill for approx. 3 minutes. After grilling, remove the avocado from the grill, fill the center with the cucumber salsa, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
