🍰 Grilled Pineapple with Caramel Sauce and Banana Chunk Ice Cream

Ingredients
- Brown sugar 200 g
- Oat drink 40 ml
- Pineapple 1 pc.
- Chili, ground pinch
- Vodka 80 ml
- Raspberries, fresh 80 g
- Pistachios 2 tbsp
- Vegan Banana Chunk Ice Cream 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill.
- 2. Put sugar into a pot.
- 3. Caramelize the sugar on medium heat for about 2 to 4 minutes.
- 4. Deglaze the caramel with oat drink.
- 5. Continue cooking the mixture until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- 6. Pour the caramel sauce into a container.
- 7. Place the sauce in the refrigerator to cool down.
- 8. Cut the pineapple in half crosswise.
- 9. Remove the hard core from the center.
- 10. Slice the fruit into thin slices.
- 11. Place the pineapple slices on the grill.
- 12. Grill the slices for about 5 minutes per side.
- 13. Add chili to the pineapple slices.
- 14. Deglaze the pineapple with vodka.
- 15. Flambé the mixture briefly.
- 16. Wash the raspberries in a sieve.
- 17. Let the raspberries drain.
- 18. Chop the pistachios coarsely.
- 19. Place the grilled pineapple slices on the plates.
- 20. Add Vemondo Chunky Banana-Chunk ice cream.
- 21. Distribute the raspberries over the ice cream.
- 22. Pour the cooled caramel sauce over everything.
- 23. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top as a garnish.
