  2. 2. Put sugar into a pot.
  3. 3. Caramelize the sugar on medium heat for about 2 to 4 minutes.
  4. 4. Deglaze the caramel with oat drink.
  5. 5. Continue cooking the mixture until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  6. 6. Pour the caramel sauce into a container.
  7. 7. Place the sauce in the refrigerator to cool down.
  8. 8. Cut the pineapple in half crosswise.
  9. 9. Remove the hard core from the center.
  10. 10. Slice the fruit into thin slices.
  11. 11. Place the pineapple slices on the grill.
  12. 12. Grill the slices for about 5 minutes per side.
  13. 13. Add chili to the pineapple slices.
  14. 14. Deglaze the pineapple with vodka.
  15. 15. Flambé the mixture briefly.
  16. 16. Wash the raspberries in a sieve.
  17. 17. Let the raspberries drain.
  18. 18. Chop the pistachios coarsely.
  19. 19. Place the grilled pineapple slices on the plates.
  20. 20. Add Vemondo Chunky Banana-Chunk ice cream.
  21. 21. Distribute the raspberries over the ice cream.
  22. 22. Pour the cooled caramel sauce over everything.
