🍽️ Vegan pull-apart bread filled with smoked tofu

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- smoked tofu 350 g
- rustic bread 1.5 kg
- olive oil 10 tbsp
- Vemondo Grating Delight 250 g
- vegan delight slices 300 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- chives, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Halve the onions and peel them.
- 3. Cut the onions into thin strips.
- 4. Slice the smoked tofu into thin slices.
- 5. Cut the bread diagonally.
- 6. Make sure the cuts are about 3.5 centimeters deep.
- 7. Leave about 2.5 centimeters uncut at the bottom of the bread.
- 8. Carefully open the bread so it does not fall apart.
- 9. Drizzle 6 tablespoons of olive oil onto the cut surfaces.
- 10. Distribute the vegan grated cheese substitute evenly into the cuts.
- 11. Place the cheese slices into the cuts.
- 12. Fill the smoked tofu slices into the cuts.
- 13. Distribute the prepared onion strips into the cuts.
- 14. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
- 15. Distribute the remaining onions on top of the bread.
- 16. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the bread.
- 17. Place the bread in the preheated oven.
- 18. Bake the bread for about 25 minutes.
- 19. Wash the chives while the bread is baking.
- 20. Shake the chives dry.
- 21. Cut the chives into thin rings.
- 22. Take the bread out of the oven.
- 23. Sprinkle the bread with the chive rings.
- 24. Plate the bread and serve it.
