  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan.
  2. 2. Tear the Parma ham into coarse pieces.
  3. 3. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
  4. 4. Wash the tomatoes and slice them.
  5. 5. Wash the thyme and pat it dry.
  6. 6. Strip the thyme leaves from the stems.
  7. 7. Drain the mozzarella.
  8. 8. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
  9. 9. Cut the baguettes at intervals of about 2 cm.
  10. 10. Do not cut all the way through so the bread stays together.
  11. 11. Fill the prepared ingredients into the cuts.
  12. 12. Place the baguettes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  13. 13. Bake the baguettes in the oven for approx. 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Take them out when they are golden brown.
