🍽️ Herb Stuffed Baguette

Ingredients
- Parma ham 100 g
- onions, red 1 pc.
- vine tomatoes 2 pcs.
- thyme, fresh 10 g
- mozzarella 1 pc.
- baguette 3 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Tear the Parma ham into coarse pieces.
- 3. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes and slice them.
- 5. Wash the thyme and pat it dry.
- 6. Strip the thyme leaves from the stems.
- 7. Drain the mozzarella.
- 8. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
- 9. Cut the baguettes at intervals of about 2 cm.
- 10. Do not cut all the way through so the bread stays together.
- 11. Fill the prepared ingredients into the cuts.
- 12. Place the baguettes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 13. Bake the baguettes in the oven for approx. 10 minutes.
- 14. Take them out when they are golden brown.
