🍽️ Chicken Breast Stuffed with Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- spring onions 2 pcs.
- lemons 1 pcs.
- goat cream cheese 150 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- chicken breast fillets 600 g
- sunflower oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly and pat them dry.
- 2. Cut off the tough root ends of the spring onions.
- 3. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 4. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 5. Grate about one teaspoon of the lemon zest finely.
- 6. Place the spring onion rings into a bowl.
- 7. Add the grated lemon zest to the bowl.
- 8. Add the goat cream cheese to the bowl.
- 9. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 10. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 11. Rinse the chicken breast briefly under cold water.
- 12. Pat the chicken breast dry with a kitchen towel.
- 13. Cut a pocket into the side of the chicken breast.
- 14. Fill the pocket with about one to two teaspoons of the goat cheese cream.
- 15. Lightly oil the grill grate.
- 16. Place the stuffed chicken breast on the grill grate.
- 17. Grill the chicken breast for about six minutes on the first side.
- 18. Turn the chicken breast and grill for another six minutes on the other side.
- 19. Plate the finished chicken breast with the goat cheese filling.
