  1. 1. Fill a large pot with about 2 liters of water and add salt. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. 2. Peel the kohlrabi and carefully hollow out the inside. Make sure to leave a border of about 1 cm so the shell remains sturdy.
  3. 3. Place the hollowed-out kohlrabi into the boiling water and cook them for about 7 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the kohlrabi from the pot and place them immediately into cold water to cool down.
  5. 5. Bring about 400 ml of water to a boil in a second pot.
  6. 6. Cook the long-grain rice in the boiling water for approx. 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Thoroughly wash the bell pepper under running water.
  8. 8. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
  9. 9. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
  10. 10. Rinse the spring onions and dry them.
  11. 11. Cut off the roots on the spring onions.
  12. 12. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  13. 13. Thoroughly wash the parsley.
  14. 14. Dry the parsley.
  15. 15. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  16. 16. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  17. 17. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium to high heat.
  18. 18. Add the diced bell pepper and the spring onion rings to the pan.
  19. 19. Sauté the vegetables for about 5 to 6 minutes.
  20. 20. Remove the sautéed vegetables from the pan and place them in a bowl.
  21. 21. Add the cooked rice to the bowl with the vegetables.
  22. 22. Add the chopped parsley to the bowl.
  23. 23. Add 50 g of cheese to the bowl.
  24. 24. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  25. 25. Season the filling with salt to taste.
  26. 26. Season the filling with pepper to taste.
  27. 27. Season the filling with paprika powder to taste.
  28. 28. Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat.
  29. 29. Fill the hollowed-out kohlrabi with a portion of the filling.
  30. 30. Place the remaining part of the filling into a greased baking dish.
  31. 31. Place the stuffed kohlrabi on top of the filling in the baking dish.
  32. 32. Sprinkle the kohlrabi and the filling with the remaining cheese.
  33. 33. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the dishes for about 20 minutes.
  34. 34. Carefully remove the stuffed kohlrabi from the oven.
  35. 35. Serve the dishes immediately while hot.
