  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan mode.
  2. 2. Peel the onions and cut off the top ends.
  3. 3. Carefully remove the inside of the onions.
  4. 4. Bring a pot with one liter of salted water to a boil.
  5. 5. Boil the empty onions for 15 minutes until they are soft.
  6. 6. Let the onions drain well in a sieve.
  7. 7. Finely chop the removed onion insides.
  8. 8. Wash the bell pepper and remove the seeds.
  9. 9. Dice the bell pepper finely.
  10. 10. Drain the green olives.
  11. 11. Finely chop the olives as well.
  12. 12. Coarsely crumble the feta cheese with your hands.
  13. 13. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  14. 14. Add the chopped onion insides and the bell pepper to the pan.
  15. 15. Sauté the mixture for 5 minutes.
  16. 16. Add the chopped olives.
  17. 17. Cook everything together for another minute.
  18. 18. Mix the pan mixture with the feta cheese.
  19. 19. Season the filling with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  20. 20. Stuff the cooked onions with the mixture.
  21. 21. Place the stuffed onions in a greased baking dish.
  22. 22. Bake the onions in the oven for 30 minutes.
  23. 23. Remove the onions and serve them hot.
