  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 190 °C (convection). Halve the onions, peel them, and chop finely. Wash the zucchini thoroughly, cut them in half lengthwise, and scoop out the inside with a spoon, leaving a rim of about 1 cm. Roughly chop the scooped-out zucchini flesh and lightly salt the zucchini shells.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the ground meat with the onion, the zucchini flesh, the egg, the tomato paste, and the breadcrumbs until well combined. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Fill the zucchini with this mixture and press it down lightly.
  3. 3. Place the stuffed zucchini in a baking dish. Pour the cream and vegetable broth over them and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Take the baking dish out of the oven and arrange the stuffed zucchini on plates. Adjust the cream sauce to taste, pour it over the zucchini, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
