  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Wash the herbs thoroughly and pat them dry.
  3. 3. Halve the onion, peel it, and dice it finely.
  4. 4. Rinse the lemon under hot water and grate about one teaspoon of the zest.
  5. 5. Drain the feta cheese and crumble it into small pieces.
  6. 6. Mix the minced meat in a bowl with the onions and the feta.
  7. 7. Season the mixture with the lemon zest, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  8. 8. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
  9. 9. Cut off the tops of the peppers and remove the seeds.
  10. 10. Fill the peppers with the minced meat mixture.
  11. 11. Place the lids back on the stuffed peppers.
  12. 12. Place the peppers side by side in a baking dish.
  13. 13. Pour broth and wine over the peppers.
  14. 14. Garnish the dish with the herb sprigs.
  15. 15. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the peppers for about 30 minutes.
  16. 16. Bring the rice to a boil in a pot with 450 milliliters of salted water.
  17. 17. Cook the rice over low heat for about 12 minutes.
  18. 18. Remove the peppers from the oven.
  19. 19. Serve the peppers together with the rice.
