  6. 6. Remove the basil leaves from the stems.
  7. 7. Drain the mozzarella.
  8. 8. Slice the mozzarella.
  9. 9. Cut the ham slices in half.
  10. 10. Place half a ham slice on each cutlet half.
  11. 11. Place a slice of mozzarella on the ham.
  12. 12. Distribute the basil leaves on the mozzarella.
  13. 13. Fold the steak over.
  14. 14. Secure the steak with wooden skewers.
  15. 15. Preheat the grill.
  16. 16. Grill the stuffed steaks for about 3 to 5 minutes per side on the hot grill.
