  3. 3. Dice the tomato and the bell pepper into very small pieces.
  4. 4. Also wash the arugula and the basil thoroughly.
  5. 5. Shake off the excess water from the herbs.
  6. 6. Pick off the thick stems from the arugula and the basil.
  7. 7. Chop the herbs finely.
  8. 8. Place a pan on the stove and set the heat to medium.
  9. 9. Add the pine nuts to the dry pan.
  10. 10. Toast the pine nuts for about two to three minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the toasted pine nuts from the pan and set them aside.
  12. 12. Take a large bowl.
  13. 13. Add the diced tomato and bell pepper to the bowl.
  14. 14. Add the chopped herbs to the bowl.
  15. 15. Add the toasted pine nuts to the bowl.
  16. 16. Add cream cheese to the bowl.
  17. 17. Add tomato paste to the bowl.
  18. 18. Add oregano to the bowl.
  19. 19. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl well together.
