🍽️ Roast Beef Wraps with Herb Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- Strawberry tomatoes 1 pc
- Pepper, yellow 1 pc
- Arugula 50 g
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- Pine nuts 50 g
- Fresh cheese, plain 100 g
- Tomato paste 1 tsp
- Oregano, dried 0.5 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Roast beef, sliced 180 g
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the tomato and the bell pepper under running water.
- 2. Cut the vegetables into quarters and remove the core and the stem.
- 3. Dice the tomato and the bell pepper into very small pieces.
- 4. Also wash the arugula and the basil thoroughly.
- 5. Shake off the excess water from the herbs.
- 6. Pick off the thick stems from the arugula and the basil.
- 7. Chop the herbs finely.
- 8. Place a pan on the stove and set the heat to medium.
- 9. Add the pine nuts to the dry pan.
- 10. Toast the pine nuts for about two to three minutes.
- 11. Remove the toasted pine nuts from the pan and set them aside.
- 12. Take a large bowl.
- 13. Add the diced tomato and bell pepper to the bowl.
- 14. Add the chopped herbs to the bowl.
- 15. Add the toasted pine nuts to the bowl.
- 16. Add cream cheese to the bowl.
- 17. Add tomato paste to the bowl.
- 18. Add oregano to the bowl.
- 19. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl well together.
- 20. Season the mixture with salt.
- 21. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 22. Lay out the roast beef slices on a cutting board.
- 23. Take one teaspoon of the filling.
- 24. Place the teaspoon of filling onto a roast beef slice.
- 25. Roll the roast beef slice tightly with the filling.
- 26. Repeat this for all the roast beef slices.
- 27. Serve the rolls immediately or keep them cool.
