  3. 3. Cut a small cross into the bottom of each tomato.
  4. 4. Pour the boiling water over the tomatoes in a bowl.
  5. 5. Let the tomatoes sit in the hot water for a short time.
  6. 6. Drain the hot water.
  7. 7. Rinse the tomatoes with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  8. 8. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  9. 9. Remove the stem areas of the tomatoes.
  10. 10. Dice the tomatoes roughly.
  11. 11. Halve the onions and peel them.
  12. 12. Cut the onions into cubes.
  13. 13. Peel the garlic.
  14. 14. Dice the garlic.
  15. 15. Heat oil in a pot over high heat.
  16. 16. Sauté the onions and garlic for about 2 minutes.
  17. 17. Add the diced tomatoes.
  18. 18. Deglaze the mixture with wine.
  19. 19. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and sugar.
  20. 20. Simmer the sauce over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
  21. 21. Preheat the oven to 200 °C with fan (convection).
  22. 22. Finely chop the pine nuts.
  23. 23. Finely chop the dried tomatoes.
  24. 24. Mix the pine nuts and dried tomatoes in a bowl with mascarpone and parmesan.
  25. 25. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
  26. 26. Rinse the turkey cutlets.
  27. 27. Pat the cutlets dry.
  28. 28. Place the cutlets between cling film.
  29. 29. Pound the cutlets flat.
  30. 30. Salt and pepper the cutlets.
  31. 31. Spread the mascarpone cream on one side of the cutlets.
  32. 32. Roll the cutlets up tightly.
  33. 33. Secure the rolls with skewers.
  34. 34. Pour the tomato sauce into a baking dish.
  35. 35. Place the turkey rolls in the sauce.
  36. 36. Bake the rolls in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  37. 37. Turn the rolls once during cooking.
  38. 38. Remove the baking dish from the oven.
  39. 39. Serve the stuffed turkey rolls on plates.
