  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Halve an onion, peel it, and dice it finely.
  3. 3. Peel a clove of garlic and chop it finely.
  4. 4. Add the minced meat, onion cubes, garlic, mustard, eggs, breadcrumbs, and paprika powder to a large bowl.
  5. 5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Knead the ingredients well until they form a homogeneous mass.
  7. 7. Place the meat mixture in the refrigerator for a while.
  8. 8. Slice the feta cheese into thin slices.
  9. 9. Divide the meat mixture into two equal portions.
  10. 10. Shape each portion on a piece of baking paper into a round disc about 0.5 centimeters thick.
  11. 11. Top one meat disc with the feta slices.
  12. 12. Carefully place the second meat disc onto the feta layer using the baking paper.
  13. 13. Press the edges of the two meat discs together firmly so they seal.
  14. 14. Lift the stuffed pljeskavica onto a baking sheet using the baking paper.
  15. 15. Lightly brush the surface of the meat disc with oil.
  16. 16. Bake the pljeskavica for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
  17. 17. Wash the salad greens thoroughly.
  18. 18. Spin the salad dry in a salad spinner.
  19. 19. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  20. 20. Peel the remaining onion and slice it into rings.
  21. 21. Wash the cucumber and cut off the ends.
  22. 22. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
  23. 23. Slice the cucumber halves into rounds.
  24. 24. Halve a lemon.
  25. 25. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  26. 26. Mix olive oil with two tablespoons of lemon juice in a bowl.
  27. 27. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
  28. 28. Add the onion rings, salad greens, cucumber slices, and tomatoes to the dressing.
  29. 29. Mix all salad ingredients well together.
  30. 30. Plate the baked pljeskavica.
