🍽️ Salami Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
- onions, red 0.5 pc
- salami sliced meat 100 g
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pc
- Gouda, grated 200 g
- herbs of Provence, dried 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Peel the onion and cut it into thin strips.
- 3. Cut the salami into coarse cubes.
- 4. Take the pizza dough and roll it flat with a rolling pin.
- 5. Cut the dough once lengthwise and twice crosswise.
- 6. You should now have six rectangular pieces of dough.
- 7. Spread one teaspoon of tomato sauce in the center of each dough piece.
- 8. Top the dough pieces with salami, onions, and some cheese.
- 9. Press the corners of the dough pieces together.
- 10. Carefully shape them into round rolls so the filling stays inside.
- 11. Place the rolls with the smooth side facing up on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 12. Brush the top of each roll again with one teaspoon of tomato sauce.
- 13. Sprinkle some cheese and herbs de Provence over them.
- 14. Bake the rolls for about 15 minutes until golden brown in the oven.
- 15. Take the rolls out of the oven.
- 16. Serve them lukewarm or cold.
