  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and cut it into thin strips.
  3. 3. Cut the salami into coarse cubes.
  4. 4. Take the pizza dough and roll it flat with a rolling pin.
  5. 5. Cut the dough once lengthwise and twice crosswise.
  6. 6. You should now have six rectangular pieces of dough.
  7. 7. Spread one teaspoon of tomato sauce in the center of each dough piece.
  8. 8. Top the dough pieces with salami, onions, and some cheese.
  9. 9. Press the corners of the dough pieces together.
  10. 10. Carefully shape them into round rolls so the filling stays inside.
  11. 11. Place the rolls with the smooth side facing up on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  12. 12. Brush the top of each roll again with one teaspoon of tomato sauce.
  13. 13. Sprinkle some cheese and herbs de Provence over them.
  14. 14. Bake the rolls for about 15 minutes until golden brown in the oven.
  15. 15. Take the rolls out of the oven.
  16. 16. Serve them lukewarm or cold.
